Where can I go to find some good german hip-hop or alternatively any decent foreign (i'm english) music?

I know where the standard charts are for these countries,so dont need any links for those.

i recommend using i-tunes...

some good artists include fettes brot, dynamite deluxe, funf stern deluxe, advanced chemistry, and sido.

As people have already said Fettes Brot and Die Fantastischen Vier are great and so is Jan Delay. He was part of a group called Absolute Beginner (pronounced Ab-so-loo-ter) and went solo but I don't think the group split up, so they are another one to try. Hip-hop is something the Germans do really well! =) Have fun!

What you assert is distinctly precise with the acception that I hear to Jazz. that's my dad's activity. Lol. i like the previous skool hip hop, no longer present day rap that's all approximately intercourse, drugs, money, autos, etc. previous skool hip hop replaced into very ingenious and non violent. There are 4 factors of Hip Hop: Graffiti, Emcee, DJ, and the Breaker. Me and my pals BBoy to Funk, Hip Hop, previous college beats, etc. i'm white, they are all Asian/Pacific Islander. So what you assert is distinctly genuine, i think of it is "cool" yet i'm no longer doing it to get prevalent and seem cool to black lifestyle. basically like in usa, you're able to have all blended races and varieties, in Hip Hop, you're able to have an identical. there is gonna be people who BBoy to Techno there is gonna be people who combination funk with rock there is gonna be human beings dressing in any different case to the originals because of the fact Hip Hop isn't in basic terms a style itself, it is your type the way you interpret/show it. good question.

Probably the best and most well-known hip-hop band in Germany is 'die Fantastischen Vier'. 'Fettes Brot' is worth mentioning too. Personally, one of my favourite German bands is 'die Aerzte'. It's not hip-hop, it's rock, but very very good :-)
