No. A lot of times people with cancer have no symptoms until it is too late to do anything. That's why cancer is so often fatal. So if you have a concern, see a doctor now. I don't know what you're basing your feeling on, but it's probably not cancer. Just see a doctor so that you can stop worrying.

No, you would not necessarily feel sick if your cancer is confined to one area. Generally, people begin showing signs of illness (like weight loss) when cancer has spread through the body OR they start having a problem when the cancer is pressing on something else (for example, a tumor in your abdomen could cause your stomach to hurt).
This is what makes cancer so deadly -- nearly all cancers are more curable and treatable if detected early. The problem is many are not detected until they have spread throughout the body.
If you have a lump or suspect cancer, you should always get it checked out by a doctor. Period. Don't wait for symptoms.

No, you wouldn't have any ill feelings. The first signs would be felt during a routine exam. This is one exam youshould do every time you shower. Your Testis should feel smooth without bumps or humps. They should not be painful to a light touch. Another possible sign is a change in discharge. Volumn, color or feeling. Any of these should be a cause for you to immediately see a doctor. This is one cancer that can be beat if caught early.

Do you have a lump in your testicles/scrotum? You should really get it checked out if you do. You probably wouldn't start to feel sick unless it spread to a more invasive part of your body.

You probably wouldn't feel it. But if you think you have it's best to go get check out. If you don't have ins. go to the free clinic. That's somethin you want to be for sure about.

No.
At first, you would not be able to tell at all.
By the time you can truly tell, it starts to get bad.
