Except for "mi amor" (my love), it wouldn't make much sense at all to a Spanish speaker who didn't speak English. It looks like someone just took words in English and translated them into Spanish from a dictionary.

"Mi" is "my", but "solamente" is the adverb "only" (as in "I only speak English.") If he/she wanted to say "My only" (as in "one and only"), it should be "Mi única".

Likewise, "te" is an object pronoun for "you" (as in "I'm telling you"), and "querida" is the past participle/adjective form of "querer" which means "wanted", "loved" or "beloved" (as in "She had wanted...", "She was loved" or "My beloved"). It just doesn't make any sense the way it's written in Spanish.

I think someone was making an effort to be sweet but should probably stick with English! :) What he/she was trying to say is what most people have translated for you.

As it is not really Spanish - and clearly was not written by anyone whose first language is Spanish - it does not really have any translation. The only part of it that makes any sense is "mi amor" - "my love"
