like Red Bull, Monster, Rock Star, etc. frequently. Do they really help you to stay awake. I've been drinking Red Bull and it seems like it doesn't work as much as it did in the beginning when I first tried it.

Their main function is to boost up the energy level but too much too frequently will cause your body system to be immune to the effects. Drink less or only when required.

I'm sure they help keep you awake because those energy drinks have high amounts of caffeine and sugar.

If you are concerned about your health, you may want to try something different.

I drink an energy drink that doesn't contain all of the sugar and caffeine. It works in 10-15 minutes after I drink it, lasts for several hours, and is much less expensive than most other energy drinks.

I found mine at www.carlshealthhelp.com/energy

Dude, those have some stuff that might be good
for you(taurine), but you are drinking a supercharged
soft drink. Soft drinks are not healthy. I drink 'em
sometimes, but carbonated water(pressure
carbonated) is just not good.

There's a drink I drink sometimes, it's sort of
mild, called Lifewater. It has a lot of E and C.

Why don't you drink Gatorade?

This is because you are building up a tolerance to the caffeine. Lay off them for about a week, and let the caffeine get out of your system, and then they will affect you strongly again. Watch out, you can get addicted to them, I once was. Maybe I still am....
