Yes. Look into an exercise type called plyometrics. Plyometrics are specifically geared toward sport-specific goals such as the vertical jump.

You can also try strengthening the legs through squats, leg presses and stiff legged deadlifts, just to name a few.

Work on your calf muscles. Strong calf muscles will make your jump higher.
