the first one I believe is in the bronchioles. The second one would be the placenta.

Pigs are mammals too... so just like human babies, O2/CO2 exchange happens with the mother pig... blood is carried thru the mother's lungs and for blood to get to the fetal pig, it has to still pass thru an umbilical cord....
