Use a warm damp washcloth and put on it and repeat as necessary. It usually days a day or two for it to come to a head. Then start using a facial mask and use a pore reducer to keep dirt and oil coming back and more problems.

Use a wash cloth soaked in very, very warm water as a compress to draw out the oil, open the pore and loosen the dirt at least 2/day.

A steam facial is helpful too.

It takes about 1-3 days depending on how deep the pimple is.

Desert Essence blemish stick is good. Plain Milk of Magnesia can be used to absorb excess oil.

Soak a washcloth in hot water, and put it on the spot. Leave it there until it cools off. Repeat as necessary. I find that this often unclogs the pore and makes the pimple just go away by the next day.
