Jesus did not willfully asked the Jews that he be crucified but was arrested by the Jews to be crucified.

Before he died on the cross, Jesus shouted and said Eli,Eli,lama sabacthani? and the meaning is "God, my God why have you forsaken me?"

He was only testing the Jews when he shouted those words whether they have repented on what they have done to Him (Jesus) so that if ever they have repented, they will be forgiven of their putting him to the cross to cause his death. That is their test of faith to God, but still the Jews are not convinced that he is the Son of God.

Willingly not wilfully.
Do you know what that translates to? If so, you would know it was a cry to His Father. It was explained thus to me. When He was nearing death He cried out to HIs Father asking why the Father has forsaken Him because the Father turned away from HIm at that moment so he would feel the rejection of God for the sins of the world He was taking on and dying for. Only in this way could His suffering be complete enough.

i never wanted to say this...
because i am afraid what i am going to write is true....

jesus thought he was doing the work of god...
that he will be "supernaturally" protected...
yes. he knew he will hv to die...
but he thought there will will be a deliverance...
that he will be supernaturally taken into heaven before the eyes of the crowd, the showndown that will make all present believe...

unfortunately, none of that happen...
in despair... jesus uttered those words....

i m sorry if i offended anyone here on earth or in heaven with what i wrote...
honestly, i m just a humble creation of god, and yet god has never forsaken me... even in my lowest ebb, i never balme god, for i know he is there, it is my own fault not seeing him...

then how can jesus (claimed to be god+human) can be in such despair that he had to utter those words???

Jesus did it out of love for the world. He did not do it for Himself or with His own Will, but the Father's Will.

I may willingly put out my arm for an injection, but it will hurt just the same as if I did not do so willingly.

Regardless of who you are or know, wouldn't you cry out if even for a second, God departed from this world?

Jesus died out of love. He didn't WANT to die. He died because it was the will of the Father.
