i may weigh 115 lbs, but my thighs are nothing but fat help me!!!

best exercise to do for your thighs is flutter kicks. lay down on your back with your legs off the ground about 6 inches and just move your legs up and down alternating. you can also do squats and thats also good for your butt as well. and then yet another good one is lunges. but the best overall is the first.

Sweetie if you weigh 115 lbs then you shouldn't be trying to lose weight- you should just try to eat healthier and exercise frequently. If you want a great way to exercise and have fun you should really consider buying a Nintendo Wii. Of if you can't or don't want to try getting the Eye Toy for Playstation 2 - both of these things are pretty fun and get you moving. I'm serious too, they really will help you to burn a little fat and tone your body.

resistance training will help to increase muscle mass and cardio will help to expedite the loss of body fat. you can't spot reduce fat so performing exercise that stimulates all of the muscles of the body will have a greater overall impact on increasing the metabolism
