First, take a deep breath & calm down!
You have done a great thing already in listing all the things you need to accomplish. Now you need to put them in order of importance & work through your list one at a time.
You need to do some positive calming self talk & stop over whelming yourself thinking you have too much to do. This is what is causing the anxiety & stress.
Something else that can help is to journal what you are thinking & what is causing the stress. Just think rationally & you will be great. One thing at a time & you will eventually get them all done.
Good luck!
Also, if you religious at all- try prayer, this works for me!

Bless your heart, you're just feeling overwhelmed. Everything is going to turn out okay. Just tackle these things one at a time, and they won't seem so monumental.
Take a deep breath or two. Set priorities. Take a shower-it will relax you a little bit. Then call your sister right quick and say sorry, and that will be off your mind. Maybe a conversation with a family member will put you in a better frame of mind too, so call her first. Your best friend can wait.
Then get down to studying. That's what really can stress you out more than anything. So get to it. Again break that down into smaller tasks. You do want to go to school next semester. It's your whole future at stake, so do it if you can manage it somehow. And sign off this board now--it's addicting and time-wasting.
Seriously, I hope I'm not being too presumptuous in advising you about school. I really don't know your situation. I just happen to believe education is the most important thing in determining our futures. Really, good luck to you.

This might help you in the future... it definitely helped me! What’s of key importance is not to get upset by the thoughts and feelings as theyarise. Here’s a tip for how to do that: • To avoid any fearful emotional reaction to the thought, give the fear some cartoon characteristics. • Imagine, for example, it’s Donald Duck telling you, “Something awful is going to happen. Aren’t you scared?” • Give the character a squeaky voice, and make it a totally ridiculous scene. How can you take an anxious duck with big feet seriously? This use of cartoon imagery reprograms your initial emotional reaction to the thought and eliminates any authority the thought may have over you. • As the thought rambles on about all the scary things it wants to share with you, watch it getting smaller and smaller until . . . “pop,” it disappears. When that’s done, move your attention back to whatever you were doing.Remember, you don’t try to force the thought away because you don’t like it.You simply accept it and then make it inconsequential as you turn your attention to other things. This takes practice in the beginning, but what happens is that, during the day, you find yourself checking in on how you feel less and less. Because the anxious thought doesn’t have a strong fearful emotion connected to it, your mind isn’t drawn to it. To put it another way, the thought becomes unstuck and fades awaybecause the emotional reaction has been neutralized. In fact, that’s the first step toward moving away from anxious thoughts—neutrality. Before, it was as if your mental energy were spinning in a negative cycle while you were caught in the anxious thoughts. Now, you are learning to stop the negative cycle and move into neutral... If want more info.. let me know.. GOOD LUCK!

Your stressing on all the stuff you have to do every day. You should see my list. It makes about 4 of yours! Slow down and just do the most important things first and if you don't get to the little things the world won't come to an end. RELAX

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.
Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life
