How can I make my breast smaller without going through surgery or liposuction...

If you are severely overweight working out and eating right will reduce your breasts. If you aren't seriously overweight, then working out MAY help. It all depends on the fatty versus dense tissue in your breasts. I didn't lose any in the cup losing weight.
Other than that it is surgery.

There is no way to decrease your breast size without surgery.

breasts are fat tissue. lose weight. If you are skinny and have large breasts, maybe you should become a stripper. That kind get the big tips.
