You need to talk to your doctor about this. S/he will be able to help figure out if it's a medical condition that can be treated.

Sound funny as h*ll, I know, but seriously. I never had it happen in my life, but then at 25 (of all ages!!)...it happend to me the first time (you'd better believe it shocked me to tears).
Best luck...I know there's a lot of pressure about matters like this.
A few things:
0) as other answerers have said drink less liquids. If you have trouble controlling when you urinate this likely indicates a medical issue IE has little or nothing to do with your own thought control (even when you are awake) in which case you should consult a doctor (and take medical tips from links above from other answerers)...
1) Get into the habit of thinking "I am dreaming?" before you go to the restroom in real-life. This way, in a dream, you'll likely ask the same question and wake yourself up. It's fairly typical to have a dream about going to the restroom and be wetting your bed at that time...this is why practicing catching yourself this way helps.
2) When you wake up in the morning for the first time (for me it's often 6:30am-ish...then I'll go back to sleep until as late as 10am) if you even slightly have to go to the restroom GO THEN. The two or so times I've wet is in the morning (IE past 6:30-ish) when I had to go a bit but was too tired to get out of bed.
3) If you get a roommate and such in college obviously sleep on the bottom bunk. I've never done this but, if you really need a cover-up for your problem that badly (and it doesn't stop after tips #1 and #2) use a condom at night or even an adult diapers (I don't know what "sleep pants" are but, if they are like adult diapers you can just use those).

If you are 18 and still wet the bed, then you are used to it and if you could have stopped, you would have. I also wet the bed almost every night until I was 14. Then it tapered off, but never stopped. I probably peed my bed a couple times a week in college, sometimes more, sometimes less. It is what it is. You can request a roommate that is similarly afflicted. My roommate for two years was also a bedwetter. More than me- probably every night. We each had a rubber sheet on our bed and a couple pair of sheets. Did wash about 3 times per week. We were very discrete and got through it. LIke everything else, after I left the dorm, a couple of friends found out. College kids are fairly mature and most kept the secret. If you want to discuss this more, email me.

Dear Frustrated,
I totally understand how you are feeling. I am 35 years old now but wet the bed constantly (nearly every night) for years and years. I tried everything from alarms on my bed that woke everyone else in the house, not drinking for hours before bed, anti-depressant tablets and nothing seemed to help. I finally stumbled on a doctor a few years ago that put me on a nasal spray called Minirin that has more or less solved my problem. Apparently I was a missing hormone (or something) but this spray (one puff a night up one nostril) before bed has helped me. Check it out... GOOD LUCK... ;o)

My 10 year old son had that problem. He is now on medicine. It is called Desmopressin (DDAVP) Here is a link about the medicine.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Desmopressin
Since he has been on this medicine he hasn't had any more problems. You should talk to your doctor about it. That is what we did.

You should go to the doctor because even can be a psychological problem. My brother had the same problem, but the doctor found that he was just lazy.

You might have a medical problem and you need to go to the doctor. THey do have pills for people to take to help them control it. You could have a clamp in your urethra and needs to be fixed.
