I know that the Bible is nonsense without God / Jesus, but is full of human characters like Paul, Abraham or Moises. Who is the most hightly important?

You, because you are supposed to identify with the characters, (including God and Jesus) to the point where you see from their perspective and learn from their lessons.

It would be the Holy Spirit the third person of the Trinity is who also God.
But i think in terms of what you're asking, probably the Apostle Paul because he wrote a large chunk of the New Testament.

If we don't talk about Jehovah and we don't talk about Jesus the only person responsible for even having to have the bible is Eve. Had she not sinned we would all be living in paradise forever.

I think Joesph of the OT....his story is the best example of what Christianity is supposed to be. To live always in "right" relationship to everyone, and most importantly with yourself.
