It would be the Holy Spirit the third person of the Trinity is who also God.
But i think in terms of what you're asking, probably the Apostle Paul because he wrote a large chunk of the New Testament.

I think Joesph of the OT....his story is the best example of what Christianity is supposed to be. To live always in "right" relationship to everyone, and most importantly with yourself.
