Eat more fiber.
Take fiber supplements.
Take a laxative.
Drink plenty of water daily.
Exercise. Being immobile can cause constipation.

Take some aloe powder 250 to 500 mgs. You find it at a health food store.

First eat a bunch of vegetables, and don't eat any type of sweets. Then get some medicine to help it, maybe Pepto- Bismol or something like that, and if you can, get a sprayer and spray the inside of your buttcheeks to soothe it. NOT KIDDING! It works! XD PS: Pepto Bismol stops it in like 30 minutes...

Gelatin Suppositories. But, I will warn you; "The Sh*t will hit the fan"!
But, drinking more water and eating more fiber help.

take magnesium or magnesium complex and salmon oil, works like a charm. can also take vitamin C to the point of diarhea and then back off.
