Pre-natal vitamins. Even when you're not pregnant. I wouldn't expect miracles, though. Your hair won't grow long in a week, sorry. Try extensions if you want instant results.

U may use almond oil massage overnight bfore u go for a hair wash.do this for two months and u will surely see the positive difference. take care. bye!

get bosler or that one hair cream that when ya put it on your hair grows in like ten minutes i used it and my hair is long (to my but )
