You can go back to PA and fight it. If you don't pay up they will notify your state and you could lose your license. Didn't you know your age and insurance costs when you were speeding?

Unless you can provide evidence that you werent speeding than you cant! This isnt like the movies where you can cry and get let off with a warning. Pay your fine! If you didnt want your insurance to go up then you shouldnt have been speeding!- Oh and being 17 has nothing to do with it either- you're old enough to have a DL, you're old enough to be punished for breaking the law!

If I was guilty, I would apologise, and pay the fine. If I was not guilty, I would fight them, no matter what the cost. It is not a matter of money, but right or wrong. As for me, I REFUSE to pay a fine, for something I did not do. I HAVE to fight for what is right, and do NOT ever give up. If you were guilty, call it a wake up call, that might save your life!

Gives you something to think about, doesn't it?
Maybe you will stop speeding. PA does not screw around.

You pay it or you go to court on the date the show and contest it and even then you most likely will not get out of it. If you cannot pay for the crime then don't do it.

There's not much you can do! Just pay the fine, and suffer the consequences, unfortunately.
