It sounds like you have developed an allergy to milk, or have become lactose intolerant.

Lactose intolerance (or hypolactasia) is the condition in which lactase, an enzyme needed for proper metabolization of lactose (a sugar that is a constituent of milk and other dairy products), is not produced in adulthood. A lactose tolerance test, a hydrogen breath test, or a stool acidity test is required for a clinical diagnosis.[1] (wikipedia)

Try cutting out dairy products for a while to see if you feel better. The reason you don't have the reaction to yoghurt is because it contains lactase produced by the bacterial cultures used to make the yogurt.

I hope that helps!!

To certain people the proteins in milk and red meats can be allergens. Sounds like you have developed a reaction to cow's milk. Yoghurt, ice cream and cheese is often so chemically altered it won't effect the condition. It's not lactose intolerance, contact your physician or immunologist. if this is the problem it's not serious but may result in the avoidance of cow's milk, sorry.

You can develop allergies as you grow. And you may develop allergies especially when your immune system is weak, like when you are ill. I suspect you are lactose intolerant. Some people who are can still eat yogurt and cheese, but can't drink regular milk.

Sounds like you are allergic to milk. Other foods containing milk may not be enough to cause a reaction.

Sounds like you have developed a dairy allergy. Call an allergist. I just bet you are having symptoms when you eat other dairy things as well, you just may not be noticing them.
