it means "why does he/she treat me like that, i didn't do anything to him/her."

some of the words cannot be exactly translated to English, but the idea is still there.

Manbearpig is very frightening indeed and very real. I cant imagine anyone thinking that manbearpig doesnt exist I mean those people are demons from hell obviously who do not care what the effect that manbearpig will have on our planet, nevermind that in the 70s everyone was worried about Manpigbear oh no we have seem to forget all that. in its context, it should mean something like:

why is he/she like that( towards me)? i'm not doing anything( to offend him)
