the dr says I need to lose 55 lb to control my diabetes

I am suposed to start by calculating what i eat now for a week , averaging that and starting by lowering by a percetage each week. I am 64 and have congestive heart and lung problems and need to do it very gradually like over a year. How can I even find a calorie counter that shows things like whipped cream, half nd half, ice cream, fried chicken etc. All the ones i find on the internet assume you dont eat these things

What you really need to watch is your carbohydrates. Why not check with your doctor to see if he has a diet you can follow. Most of them do, and that's what you are paying them for. Good Luck...........Or maybe your insurance company has a program that can help you as well.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

You can find "good" calorie counters at any book store. And, if you really want to lose weight, you will stop eating fats, sugars and breads. It's ok to eat these things in moderation but, only like once a week. Especially if you already have health problems.... You need lots of protien and don't forget the fiber...... GOOD LUCK!!!!!
