Ok here it is, i'm a13 year old boy whos really shy and I really like this girl, and i got a tip from a friend saying she likes me back. I really want to ask her out but, im thinking " what if my friend is wrong" or " what if she's tired of waiting and doesnt like me anymore". If she does say yes though, i dont know where to take her I feel kinnda awkward letting my parents drive me to the movies, and I dont know what to say to her if she goes out with me. I'm thinking about maybe getting a double date to the movies and go with them, would that work?

First of all you have to find out to yourself don't trust so much other Friend sometimes they like to test you and see what will be happen...If you see her be yourself walk tours her and ask her you want a date with her also tell her you like go to the movie or you can tell her you want to hangout with friend in a group too its up to you to decide that

13 is not too young to date but do it during the day or early evening. A movie, bowling, tennis. I like the idea of flying kites.

Okay number one rule: think positive! I'm 12 i know! Just act casual, look her in the eye and say you are very pretty blah blah will you go out with me. there will be no akwardness. Do something in walking distance like a pinic in the park that is very romantic.

Wait until you're old enough to drive yourself and others somewhere-
Maybe you two can eat lunch together or hang out on the playground. Isn't that what you do as "boyfriend and girlfriend" at age 13?

ya! im 13 too. I would feel akward with just my bf there. Double dating takes off the pressure to kiss. And ask her. She probably still is thinking of u.

Just ask her...im 15 and when i was 13 i would have loved it if a guy asked me out...they did but they were all total loosers...if she dosent like you oh well...you sound cute though she probubly does

Whats there to be shy about? Who cares if your friend is wrong.She probably isnt expected you to ask her. Double dates are gay. No way. Take her to the park or somewhere local.

dude, I dated when I was 13, dont listen to these freaks. Just do what your heart says and do not be what you think she wants you to be. Be yourself that is the biggest advice I can give you.
