I usually run on the treadmill, but I hurt my knee while running on it yesterday, and it still hurts. Even though I HATE the elliptical machine, I'm willing to use it because it's bettern than not working out at all.....do you think it would be okay for me to use it with a knee injury??

Yes. You definitely can. I have chronic knee problems, but I can use the elliptical all day long without any pain. I think it's the best cardio for anyone with knee problems.

My eliptical corrected my knee problems. Very low impact. If you feel pain stop.
