Hey, I'm up for it. Lovemaking, when properly executed, results in orgasms and happiness, and when poorly executed, results in only frustration.
War, when properly executed, results in massive death, devastation and destruction. When poorly executed, results in massive death, devastation and destruction.
Is there even an argument here?
(Okay, to be fair, their are STDs to worry about. But they are easier to prevent than IEDs.)

Exactly. We all have a dream of peace, but we ruin it by going out to war. Although sometimes it brings us together with bindings of love and prayer, we will not acheive peace or world love.

Hippie ideology of the 60's? Didn't work, that's where much of the drug culture started, gay culture increased, aids came about, the divorce rate quadrupled, and ophanages got filled up with unwanted children. I was one of these "hippies" before I joined the Marine Corp during Vietnam. Still think "total" love is the "answer" from a species that doesn't know what it IS??????

It is not the preacher that gave us freedom of religion, it is not the media that gae us freedom of the press, it is not the orator that gave us freedom of speech, it wasn't the audience that gave us the right to assmble. It was the soldier, sailor, airman and marine, giving up their beds and families to fight and sometimes die that gave us all the freedoms we take for granted.

Great if one is offered such a choice. However, with the terrorist enemies we face today, I doubt they will give you such a choice.
Mostly, they want to kill you for making love.

Brilliant - what happens when the enemy takes us over - you wont know about it, you will be making LOVE!!! I see you prefer being a slave - what do you think the enemy does to the ones who loose?
