There are a lot of workshops available dependig on where you live. Unfortunately, that branch of the industry has ben saturated with "Name" actors making it harder to get into. If you haven't noiced, movies like Shrek & Happy Feet, etc. are populated with all big name actors. Even Saturday morning cartoons... One are you may be able to start in is looping.

well, they do have classes, but you'd have to shop around as to where; i don't think that age is much of a factor. that's one nice thing about having a good voice, it lasts longer than maybe appearance or something else.
