You mean loving and respecting your fellow man?

Molding your beliefs and life to help other humans to achieve a better state of living for all?

How could any one be against those things?

Not a unique concept. Humanistic thought and philosophy goes back to the egyptian faith, AND was what lead to the many problems which eventually lead to their downfall. Many believe ancient hebrew criticisms written about egypt and it's peoples, but being NICE to everyone is not "logical" in a world which only sees it as WEAKNESS. I am of faith, "egypt's" faith, but of a humanistic level that deals with the realities of the "real" world, not of words written in a "book" to feel "spiritual." Life's demands in the flesh, are not quite what are dealt with in the spirit, and even Jesus said this himself.......Just many "misinterpeted" all he said and still "do......."

Why wouldn't it be? Unless you're going to give us this crap about how the only good you can do is in the name of your god.
