you won't lose any measurable amount of fat with only 400 cals, that is starvation mode for sure. if you consume less calories then your BMR requires the body will definetly enter starvation mode and stay there until calories are increased. exercising on top of an extreme caloric deficit will just cause further slowing down of the metabolic rate after exercise. the weight that you do lose will be mainly water weight and muscle

Literally? If you only eat 400 calories in a day and burn 800, first, your body is going to eat up all your muscle, eventually it will work on the fat. Your metabolism will slow way down and your body will cut out all your energy. If you are young you need well over 1700 calories a day to function, especially if you want your body to burn fat instead of muscle.
You really want to lose weight that fast? Burn the 800 calories, eat about 1800-2200 calories a day (make sure to get some weight training in, it will boost your metabolism, don't worry, you won't bulk up, your body should be in catabolic mode at this point).
If you eat a healthy 1800 calories a day, and burn 800 calories in aerobic excersize, you will lose the weight. Your body should naturally burn over 2000 calories a day without excersize, so you should have quite a calorie debt.

your body burns 50cal and hour by just surviving (if you would lay in bed all the time) and thats 1200cal a day it NEEDS.
if you eat this little you will lose water weight and muscle not fat and dramatically slow down your metabolism which will make fat loss in future sooo much harder.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself with a little treat once in a while:)

Eventually? You die.
Now, if you're talking the short term, you'll probably start passing out and feeling faint, getting sleepy, and increasing your hunger to the point were you finally eat the whole fridge and maybe your friend Sally.
It's a reasonable goal to lose 1-2 pounds a week. You have 2 weeks. That's four pounds. Work out like it's going out of style and eat a little less but not drastically. Don't want to hurt yourself.

400 is too low but it shows that you will LOSE. Just up that to about 800 and burn 400. Thats good enough. Heres the program: eat ONLY protien, vegies and fruit. Drink tons of water and tea. Drink milk and work out every 1/2 hour if you can. Sit-ups, push-ups, jumping jacks, run around the block.

It's called starvation. You start with fainting spells. Then you die.
