i think its like .08 depending on the state. Safe drinking strategies 1st of all dont ever drive drunk, know your limit and dont go past it or your heads in the toilet all night, and don't drink when upset because alchohol is a depressent and will make you more depressed. Alchohol and most drugs are okay if used responsibly in moderation, for example always have a sober friend watch you while on acid or any other hallucinagens, and don't overuse anything.

you must be 21 to drink. if u are younger than that u can drink wine,shampain,beer,andother things but alcohol!!
