I'm 14 years old. I am soon moving to Beijing, China from Ontario, Canada. Am i allowed to move back to canada, in a year, to live with my older brother, who would be 21, i would be 15? My parents would remain in beijing and this would be WITH my parents permission. What are the regulations/restrictions, if i wanted to do this? Is it even possible? Tell me what you know, it would be greatly appreciated.

Are you Canadian? If you are, of course you can return home to stay with your brother.

But if you are not, but maybe from China, then you will need papers to state how you will be supported while in Canada, plus your travel documents plus your parents approval letter plus your brother's proof of stay in Canada.

Which category are you?

If you have parental consent then I think it would be alright.
I am sure your parents know the details of what you would
have to do to get ready for such a move. Be sure that is
what you want.
