Hi Meg. Regardless of what profession you choose, your BMI should be in the normal range for your age & height.

Don't get into the self destructive sprial of trying to be as thin as possible, these models are on their way off the world catwalks. People are tired of seeing unrealistically skinny & boney women parading the latest fashions.

Have a well defined, rounded figure that compliments the clothes you are displaying & it won't matter what size you are, you will always turn heads.

Most of all...stay healthy.

It doesn't work like that, they go by body measurements.

Models typically have measurements as follows:

Bust: 32-35 inches
Waist: 22-25 inches
Hips: 33-36 inches
