Ok this I can answer .
There is Zenmed . I use the eczema line because it is so gentle and soothing
http://zenmed.com/eczema-dermatitis/index.html
Also Daybreak Lavender Farm which is all natural hand blended with tlc. They ship around the world and have great customer service
This group of products is for red sensitive skin . I love them because they take the sting and burn out of my face

She might try an unscented castile bar (olive oil ) It doesn't get gentler than that but for extreme red dry skin I use this

The bottle is big and lasts a long time. I know you might think oil can't cleanse your skin but it can and does and leaves dry irritated skin soft.
The lady who runs it will give you a free skin care consult. Her soap bars are huge and last for months and full of good things for you.
Good luck

She might want to try natural shea or cocoa butter. It's a natural product that may help her soothe her skin.
