A sin is a sin. Each one, regardless of what degree WE HUMANS perceive it to be makes us worthy of eternal seperation from God. There is no one sin in particular that is worse or better than another.
Incidentally - practicing homosexuals are committing adultery. They obviously cannot be married in a Christian church, so they are having sex outside of marriage = adultery.

I think some of these people are confused. Adultery is not sex between two unmarried people, that's fornication. Adultery is having sex with someone, when either one is married to somebody else. Since the Catholic Church doesn't recognise divorce, then in their eyes, anyone who divorces and remarries is an adulterer. Because gays can legally marry in some countries, as well as in Massachusets, then in the eyes of God they are not practising fornication. And besides, your question is ambiguous, do you want to know which people God hates more, or which act?

First: The dying sentences in Leviticus have been in basic terms meant to persist with to historical Israel in the previous the arriving of Christ. they at the instant are no longer in stress immediately, because of the fact Christ created a sparkling covenant that cancels out the previous rules. 2d: As a Christian, i've got theory for an prolonged time that adulterers probable do greater injury to society and to infants than gays do. surprisingly, i'm getting all styles of thumbs down on each and every occasion I say so.

God loves us all equally. God hates sin because it separates people from Him...but He never has anything but love towards people. ANd sin is sin, whether it's laziness, lying, adultery, homosexual behavior, or losing your temper.

Gee, I was under the impression God loves everyone, no matter what. Men wrote the rules in the Bible to bias and control other men. God allegedly wrote the ten commandments --- which don't mention gays, only adulterers.
If you're truly a CHRISTIAN, emulate the Christ and forgive them -- all. :)
