in all my classes/ and the hallways glances occasionally come, i don't know what to do if i should talk to htem or not. And i know them coz they go to my school.

Okay, from a girl's perspective, yes. But here are the signs:
a) If they constantly turn to you and then back to whatever they're doing, maybe to look at your cuteness! <3
b) If they smile at you, a perfect sign to go talk to them!
Just beware of these signs:
a) Evil glare/always looking at you when talking with friends (looks like mean gossip, like their faces are disgusted or anything else related to the matter!)
Just take these and you will be fine! <3

well...if you totally dont even know the chick...no, it might come off as a bit creepy.
if you have a class with her or if you go to work with her and you have said hi to eachother or somethin...that could work, go up tp her and ask to go get coffee or something.

i would walk by and be like ( in a sweet voice) hi......with my eyes looking at them but my head only slightly turned towards them......
