i got a new tattoo last night..and my foot is swollen....i have 4 others..and honestly...i dont remember them swelling this bad...lol..

anything on your legs or feet is going to swell at least some. my best advice would be to keep standing and walking to a minimum for a week or two. also, keep your foot elevated when ever possible. this will help to keep your swelling down. ibuprofen is good for helping with the swelling as well. just following the aftercare instructions from your artist and remember not to scratch or pick at your tattoo and you should be fine.

Yes thats very normal!! Mine was swollen for about 4 days and even the rest of that week it wasn't completely back to normal. Just keep it elevated as much as possible and take some tylenol to keep some of the swelling down.
It will be back to normal within a week or so :)

Not unusual for foot tattoos at all. Keep off your feet as much as possible and elevate your foot above the level of your heart.

It probably is because if someone stabbed my hand with something really sharp for half an hour Im sure it would swell and be sore. So yeah. Im sure its normal

feet swell like crazy!!! when i got my first foot tattooed it swole up so big that it wouldn't even fit in my flip flop!!! keep it elevated as much as possible for the first three or four days! good luck.

elevate your foot above the height of your heart whenever possible....this is not unusual on a foot tattoo.

It's perfectly normal. My foot fish looked so fat when I got it done!

if it stays liek that for more then 4-5 days i suggest you go to see a doctor but if you got it somewere like at someones house who didnt know wat tehy were doing id go earlier but your foot might jsut be more sensitive then the other places you got tattood but u can never be too careful with stuff like that

normal....elevate...but in no way use baby oil...it will go back to normal in a week or two
