think honestly, would you want a guy who would drop you for some other girl who just comes along and says, 'hey i really like you, you're nice, funny and cute' ?
and now think, is it right to be the other girl?
i understand what it's like to like someone who is taken, but how could you trust a boy who walked away from someone else to be with you to not do the same to you?

Don't do anything right now. Be friends with him--if he and his girlfriend break up, go ahead and ask him out or whatever (after you wait a little while for him to get over her, of course) but if you hit on him while he's dating another girl, he may end up resenting you.
