Taking Abilify?

How quick will you start to notice changes in someone who is taking 5 mg of abilify for schizophernia??? Does anyone have experience with this or no someone who does??

I've been taking 5mg for almost 10 days and have not noticed any changes at all yet. I assume it will take at LEAST another week to possibly 'kick in'. I also take 30mg Lexapro and 1.5mg Klonopin. My doctor said he was starting me on 5mg but he said it's totally possibly I may need a higher dose.

Any change will start around the 2-3 week mark. It may take a while to get the dosage right as well. Then again all drugs do not suit all people so sometimes they have to try other meds.
