Ok, I know I've said that I was going to re-start my diet before, but I've been binging on all the food I want, because I won't be able to have for the next few weeks, because I'm really really starting my deit TOMORROW! I just need help! Because, I'll be so good for like 3 days, then I'll binge. This is what I eat when I'm on the diet. Breakfast-I eat as much melon or other fruits as I want(till I'm sastified), (I'm thinking about eating a snack at this time, since I get hungry, so any snack ideas?),lunch-bowl of fruit and bowl of veggies, and dinner-sometimes I'll have fruit, fish, veggies,Slimfast, or other stuff. I also drink 6 20oz bottles of water, and 6 cups of green tea. Should I start taking apple cider vinegar too? How does my diet sound? OH! I almost forgot exersice. I'm thinking about cardio 20-45 minutes each day, plus an exercise ball strengthing workout. Any suggestion?

First, Id recommend not cutting your favorite foods out completely. Tried it, but it backfired and I ended up binging later. I see this happened to you too. Just allow yourself a serving here and there so you dont obsess about that particular food. I allow myself one serving of my indulgence (chocolate) a week.

The rest of your diet seems pretty balanced, Id maybe add some protein sources to your breakfast and lunch. Perhaps a glass of skim milk with your fruit and lean chicken with lunch. Also, you need some whole grains. Include some sources (such as whole wheat bread and pasta) in your diet. Other than that, I think your diet seems pretty good. Good luck!

Alot of people are good at a diet for a fews days, then they start to binge. One of the reasons this happens is becuase, people, like you, need more variety in there diet. Sounds like you are getting enough fruit. So for beakfreast, I dont think just eating a bunch of fruit till you are satisfied sounds good. I would try actually eating a breakfast. Such as an egg or two with some toast. Then maybe an apple or orange on the side. That is going to hold with your body until lunch. I also suggest a light yougart. Either for breakfeast if you short on time, or for a snack. Lunch Should be like a sandwhich on wheat. It doesnt have to be this huge sandwhich with everything on it. You can get the smaller bread slices. Use light mayo, if you like mayo. If you find you are still hungry, then add some pretzels, just a handfull or so. Dinner sounds good. As for your exercising class, unless your used to it just start out at 20 mins. then you can increase you time. And the strengthing sounds good too!

(You aren't that fat, actually...)
First of all, cut yourself some slack. You can eat sweets....but in moderation. Also, a good snack is celery w/ peanut butter. Gives you protein (peanut butter) and veggie-ness. The excersize part is good, and so is your current diet. Good luck!!!
