I wrote this girl a note telling her I liked her ,and she loved it and we talked more then ever! We were never offical but when people would ask her if we were bf and gf she'd say no but we're talking! Things were great! We'd talk late til night everything was groovy! Until one day, ohhhh God this dreadful day! It was a Tuesday, I asked her in a note if she wanted to take it slow, she responded, "No I can't, I'm really busy, and my parents. But we can still be friends" I'm like "Bull crap! Your letting me down easy" She's all like "No I really do like you, your fun and nice. But we can only be friends" Why did she wait so long to tell me?
Well since she told me that I haven't been talking to her that much, I'm popular at school but I only have 2 real friends, and I'm not in relationships often because of all of its drama.
This girl means a lot to me but I don't think it'll ever be the same. How can I get it back to how it was? Before I told her I wanna take it slow, we've been weird.

Max, you sound like a nice guy, and I don't know why she waited so long to tell you. Perhaps as she got to know you more she decided you weren't her type after all. Perhaps her parents don't allow her to date. In any case..... every thing you say changes everything that happens from there on... once its out there you cant un-say it. All you can do is to continue to enjoy her friendship if this is what she is offering, and you can accept this. Good luck.

alright.
buddy have you seen "just friends"?
i believe you are in the same situation,

you my friend are stuckin the friend zone.

break out of it. buy her roses? talk nicely to her like old days. hang out with her?
uhmm.
not much i can say. just be close to her. and remind her of how beautiful she is. if its not ment to work out, it wont.
you seem like a really nice guy though so im rooting for you.

shes clearly not ready for a relationship, but she does like you. i think maybe let her grow up a little emotionally age doesnt make a diffrence and if you still like her try again. she sounds worth it.
