Anything flagged with a blue "low carb" is good.

Or anything here:

Hope you find something you'll like! I didn't mention prepackaged foods that are low-carb, because they're usually pretty gross.

I've been doing the low carb diet first week lose 8 pounds. I did limit my carb 22-25 a day. I lost much slower after the first week. You can make low carb diet work very easily. You can eat as many meats, eggs, cheese, many non starchy vegetable. It may take a little more planning to follow the low carb diet. It is really a great way to lose weight. But if you go off the diet you will gain the weight back slowly. The way that I have kept my weight off is by maintain low carb during the week but on the weekend I eat higher carb. I eat what I want on the weekend as long as I maintain my weight. But if starting gaining then I go back to 25 carb or less everyday. Good luck on this low carb diet I've had more success with this diet than any other.

Eating slow carbs is much healthier- brown rice, whole grains, oatmeal, etc. than not eating any carbs at all. Even Atkins says to eat carbs, just complex ones rather than simple ones.
For hunger, try eating some cheese, nuts, boiled eggs, lunch meat, beans. For sweet cravings, try an orange or an apple dipped in peanut butter

im usually on a low/no carb diet also but sometimes i "break" and eat snack food =[
i know, i hate it but sometimes i just do but i get back on track by the end of the week

i would try hard candy
there are bags of hard candy in most stores
just try a hard candy or some caramel candy [the small, cube sized ones]
i know i eat them in school cause there is a bowl of candys in the main office, there is probably 5 c in each.

Try http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/recipes.html for lots of recipes.

How long have you been LC? If you are craving the sweet, don't give in! It takes me at least 3 weeks to break the cravings for sweets, longer for pasta--you don't want to sabotage yourself!

Another good place for recipes & support is http://www.lowcarbfriends.com

Good luck!
