I will tell you now that you do not want to starve yourself or go on some outlandish diet that won't work for you or only be a temporary fix! I am suggesting somthing to you that I have done myself and still do! I am on a program that gives me ALL the nurishment and good stuff that my body needs. It gets down to the core of your body so you are losing weight because that is what is best for your body! I am amazed at how these products have worked for me and I recommend them to everyone I know! My family and friends are on the products and they have never felt better!
I used to be tired, get migraine headaches once or twice a week and I wanted to lose about 20 pounds. On the very first day of taking these products, I immediately felt my energy level soar, and I had more comtrol over my appetite! Now I have only gotten one migraine in the last 3 weeks and I feel better and healthier than I ever have! The best part of it is....I have lost over 8 pounds and 11 inches in 2 weeks! I am on my way to losing my 20 lbs in about a months time!!!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself with a little treat once in a while:)

Have you considered trying the healthy way? It is the easiest way and it really works:)

Here it is:

Eat 6 small but balanced meals per day. Your carbs should be high in fiber and your proteins should be lean. Fats should be sparing but concentrated in the omega 3's and omega 6's. This will provide a slow but constant stream of vital nutrients. Avoid greasy foods, alcohol, and candy.

Lift weights or perform power yoga because either of these will slightly increase your lean mass, which will burn extra calories 24 hours per day. This will increase your resting metabolic rate. Also, some cardio helps.

Use a measuring tape instead of a scale to measure your progress because it is more accurate than the scale.

Here is a sample meal plan and a sample workout:

There is no fast weight loss. I know how you feel and the only way is waiting it out and cutting proportions. My friend lost 16 pounds in 7 weeks on Weight Watchers. I would give that a try.

try to eat a light breakfast, a non-greasy lunch, and dinner before 7pm. sleep deprivation can also cause weight gain. excercise really hard (yes, i know it burns) at least 30min per day. cut down on junk food and eat fruits instead.
