uhh do u want to have sex with her???? if so say yes and look on the internet for sex tips. or just look on yahoo answers. i haven't had sex because i am to young. i am 11 years old who knows to much. well anyway back to your question. i think you should say yes unless you don feel the same about the girl. if you dont feel the same just say no and that u are not ready. and if u feel like you wont do good well, dont feel that way because it isn't about being good in bed. it is about being with the girl u love. trust me!

I guess I'd need more information but if this is a relationship that you're currently in, I'd tell her. If she's experienced, she'll show you quite a bit of new stuff. If she's a virgin too, you can both learn together. If this is some random girl, I guess go for it, make sure you wrap it up first. Lord knows who else she's asked to have sex with her.

Don't be shy with the truth, it is more important than being quite. There is nothing wrong if it's your first time (Have you watch the movie ...40year old virgin?) It's more of a pleasure from that girl because she will be the first and no tension at all. :) Honesty makes more easier than being find out in the end (It's more laughable...she might expecting something from you that you can't provide so tell her the truth)

You say that she wants to have sex with you but I'm not convinced you want to have sex with her. If you are ready for sex you should tell her. She will be flattered.
If you don't want to have sex with her, just tell her you aren't ready for that yet. Weather you tell her you are a virgin or not is up to you.

If you tell her she may not want to have sex with you anymore. I would tell her AFTER you have sex. If she's shocked then that would be a good thing, right.
