Skinny *shoulders*?! wtfru talking about?? You do exercises to gain muscle mass from straining the muscles. If you want skinny muscles, stop doing everything and just sit there without moving your arms for 5 years....

Get a 5 lb. weight for each hand, hold them outward parallel to the ground so your body makes a T, then revolve in a small circle until you tire. Do it 3 times with 3 minutes of rest in between.
