but never in the day! i could go all day without eatting then at night i just get hungry and eat tons, why is this????

This is probably a habit you have kept up for some time. The body will adapt to whatever circumstances you give it. The first thing I would suggest is that you start eating breakfast. Start with something small. You will not feel hungry, but I guarantee, after a few days, your body will begin to expect breakfast every morning. Breakfast should be one of the biggest meals of the day, so add a little more to your meal as days go by. You have to retrain your body and your metabolism. Eat regularly throughout the day. The weight you lost was more than likely muscle and water. Because you are not giving your body the nutrients it needs (carbs, fats, proteins), it has turned to its most efficient source of energy: your muscle. This is not a good thing. It just perpetuates your slow metabolism, and keeps you not wanting food. This is a vicious cycle.

Well, I always WANT to eat a ton at night but I try to resist.

My problem is that all day I have lots of things to do and I'm out and about and busy. Then at night I get home and especially later when I'm winding down and relaxing I'm just sitting around. This is when I crave something to mindlessly snack on.

Not the healthiest habit! At night try to just eat dinner a little late, since thats when you're hungry, and then have a healthy snack. (Fruit, yogurt, pretzels, healthy popcorn, sherbert...)

if you don't eat all day than you will get hungry at night .but the reason why most people get hungry at night is because your metabolism is high at night other than that i don't know why your hungry at night .you should try to eat during the day and don't eat at night because you will gain weight

If u get hungry at night its becuse u probably ate something then 20 minutes later u go to sleep . If u eat then go to bed dont wait three hours before gonig to bed if u eat somehing

Becuase your not eating during the day, your body is trying to get the calories it didnt get during the day. Change your eating habits or your going to have horrible weight problems.

you have a high metabolism. you need to be care full because if you keep eating late night it will catch up to you. the best thing to do is eat foods that are high in protein for dinner. protein keeps you full longer than carbs

You've probably been eating at night for some time now. Your body is trained to feed at night. Retrain your body to desire food during the day.

because your body doesnt get enough nutrition during the day.
if you would eat enough during the day you would see that you dont get that hungry at night.

Try using Fuze (or somthing like that) it hepls to you to not eat as much.
