Dale Jr went to Hendrick Motorsports after this season?

Do you think that by way of the conflicts of DEI and the fact that Jr Has no real teammate to help him out on the track as a cause to his lack of stronger racing desire.

Would he be better off else where?

Would He be a better over all contender for the cup if he wasn't surrounded by the stress of DEI.

My guess is that all of the sudden, Jimmy Johnson and Jeff Gordon would be the greatest drivers in history.

I think if he went to Hendrick Motorsports people wouldn't like it, cause then they'd have to be nicer Jeff Gordon who is actually really popular anyways.

I think if Dale Jr. was majority owner of DEI the stress would go away and he would be better then ever, otherwise he should go drive the #3 for RCR

Right now Hendrick Motorsports is the enemy for Dale Jr.., but that's only because HMS is kicking DEI's tale. If Junior were to go to HMS people would love it. Maybe not at first. But after everyone realizes how good he might be in good equipment how could they not like it. All fans want is for him to have the same chance to win as everyone else. It would be a win-win situation for him. Too bad it will never happen.

I am a huge Dale Jr fan and would still be if he went to HMS. I want Jr. to be on a team that has the latest equipment, great teammates, and is competitive. Unfortunately, I think DEI has fallen behind in all of these areas. I do think the stress of contract negotiations is wearing on Jr and the whole team. My dream is that Teresa will give Jr. majority ownership and he, along with several other people, can build DEI up to all that it can and should be. However, if Teresa does not give up majority ownership I think it might be best for Jr to start looking around at his other options. Possibly even HMS.

I would love to see Jr drive for Hendricks or RCR. I dont think he will ever really contend for a championship at DEI. He needs to step out from under the shadow of his father and become his own person.

Dale Jr. is not going to Hendrick Motorsports...Richard Childers and already told Dale Jr if things dont work out with DEI than he has to place to go with him...Dale Jr will never be teammates with Jeff Gordon or Jimmie Johnson

I personaly think he should be on his own team and building it...I don't see him going to Hendrick Motorsports... In a couple years they are phaseing out multi car teams.. There will be no more than 4 cars per ownership.... That's going to suck for Roush Racing... RCR was planning on adding an extra ride next year.... I am not sure if it will happen now since they have this new rule on phaseing out big multi car teams... I don't think he would be a sure fit with Hendrick Motorsports.. I would love to see him go to RCR but that won't happen either.. So he's either staying put or driving for himself wich I think would be wise...He wouldn't have to deal with contract talk or how much he makes etc..etc..

If he does go to Hendricks he will be in a good ride.
Today they are the competition,if he does go then the strength of the Hendricks team will be greatly increased and they will be a greater racing power.
But how will the rule change to the number of cars an owner can have affect this plan? Will Hendricks have to have a "ghost team" to have all his cars? How will he pick who will be directly under the Hendricks name?
I have to wait and see but this could become very intresting.

Jr should go to RCR. Dale formed DEI for his children to inherit and nurture, if Teresa wants to hog it and run it into the ground so be it. If Jr leaves she'll find out just what big mistake(s) she made.

I think he is too emotionally tied to DEI and that is causing him problems, however if he leaves, it will be to drive the #3 for RCR! Either will benefit him because he will get the advantage of a larger team!
