Hard to say without pictures. You can try google image searching for 'Cannabis plant' for images to compare. You should note that cannabis plants don't always have seven leaves - that's just a common cultural representation. They may have more or less, depending on variation. They're usually quite bushy, though if they're very young it will be hard to tell - many young plants look quite similar and only differentiate in appearance later in life. You might want to wait and see...
I wouldn't suggest taking the leaves to anyone. You could get into trouble you don't need, especially if you're just satisfying your own curiosity. Figure it out yourself.

RE:
Identifying a plant. Is it Marijuana?
Ok so I have found a bunch of plants that are growing in the woods. They have just started growing maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago. They have leaves and look just like a marijuana leaf. Are there any other plants that could look like this that could be confused with a marijuana plant.

Yes, there are a number of plants that could resemble your plant.
Quite a few hippies mistook giant ragweed for cannabis. That's Ambrosia trifida, to you. There are a few mallows which resemble it.
Take it to a botanist or your local field extention office. They'll tell you what it is.

I know there is a maple leaf that kindof looks like marijuana, but it grows on a tree and not a bushy weed.

Yes, the color of the plant's leaves is slightly different to most other vegetation and so a sensor in the helicopter can easily pick it up (if it is flying low enough). Please don't go clearing the woods. You don't know what you might be damaging.
