If your skin is mildy dry, try putting on some kind of body lotion after you get out of the shower. If you put on lotion while your skin is still moist, it will retain more moisture. Also, try carrying a small tube of lotion in your backpack or car to use during the day. If you notice your skin becoming dry, just put some more lotion on and you should be okay.

If lotions don't worry for you, you might want to consider seeing a dermatologist.

Do not use any products with mineral oils, petroleums or baby oil.. it will harden.

Try some sea salt scrubs to get away the dead cells yet soften (I use awaken by arbonne) but you can make your own with olive oil, kosher salt, brown sugar.

Just use a pure and natural soap and pure and natural creams.

drink more water =take omega 3-6-9 tablets =put on lotion softener for skin

u should use eucerin or aveeno then once they're undry then u can start using otha lotions
