I need to know some exercises that can allow me to slim down my tummy,waist,upper thighs and thighs. cannot do Yoga or those type of stuff... Only exercises. Pls help?!

you cant choose which body parts to lose the weight off - it has to be overall weight loss.
cardio is the only way to burn fat - 4-6 times a week for 30-50min and combine it with light weight training.

for the tummy chruches ( 25 a day)
for the thighs and leg bike ( 30-60 min a day )

and eat right
