I have long blonde wavy hair, I am skinny and a lot of boys have liked me in the past. I am such a flirt, but I was wondering if guyslike it when a girl with long blonde hair flips it.

Sure. The flip where you bend down, stand up, and fling you hair behind you is the best. The finger twirl just makes you look dumb.
Just make sure you have long shiny hair with no split ends! You should aim for Jessica Simpson hair.
