Bad Posture, Bent Back??

What are negative effects of bad posture/bent back??

I have pretty bad posture, especially when I sit, because I'm tall ... at least, taller than the people around me.

Negatives PAIN! At some point in your life you will have back pain and it is not nice. Clothes, once bent the clothes will not hang correctly, but will pucker up around your neck. After that your head will realign itself, to counter balance the back and the hips will realign to counter balance head and back, leaving the knees to react. Therefore the joints come under undue stress, stain and then all will start to HURT like Hades.
I am short, find tall people annoying because chairs are now being built for tall people, while my legs never hit the floor, always dangle in mid air. If you allow yourself to get into a bad posture, trying to correct it later on is a serious uphill struggle.
