if you read the Book of Mormon & prayed to God asking Him if it were true & the answer that you received was Yes, it is true, would you get baptized without question or would you deny the answer?
James 1:5-6
5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.

I got baptised. Two weeks after I started talking to the missionaries! Been LDS now for almost 30 years.

I was baptized when I was 8 before I gained a testimony of the Book Of Mormon. I read it and prayed about it when I was a teenager and the answer was yes it is true. I served a mission and later fell away from the church. But I still do not deny it's truthfulness. Now I believe in the precepts it teaches such as how we should accept Christ. But I don't believe it's literally a history of the ancestors of the Native Americans.

I think it is hard to answer a hypothetical question like this, because until you have experienced that feeling, you just don't know what you would do.
It took me a long time to be able to recognise what the Spirit was... and to receive direct answers to prayers. I imagine many people find it similarly difficult to recognise that feeling, and know it for what it is.
Patience and tolerance. We are all God's children. I trust Him.

I read the book of Mormon and prayed. The only reply was silence. So I burned the book and took a dump on the ashes.

I dont know to be honest. I find it hard to grasp because i dont believe in the Mormon Faith. However I do know that its our job to follow our hearts and inner feelings and stay true to that always. So ask for more guidence and clearer messeages untill you can not doubt what you are hearing.
And remember you dont have to belong to a religion to have God, our creator in your life.

The yes answer that you would "receive" would not come from any god, but instead would come from your brain. You know that little voice you constantly hear inside your head called your conscience.

don't forget this one:
if anyone adds anything to the Revelation, God will add to that person the plagues described in this book
