Just by the scientist himself. Especially when it is life on another planet 120 Trillion miles away.

My dad was a chemist back in the '60s working for an aerospace firm researching rocket propellants and I went to work with him more than once.
His work involved documenting in precise detail every step in the process so any other qualified scientist could duplicate every step in the process and achieve the exact same results.
My understanding is that this is how all science operates. After all, the scientific method tests hypothesis using controlled experimentation to determine fact. The controlled experimentation would be worthless if it weren't documented in exacting detail so any competent scientist could review the procedure and duplicate it to verify the findings.

for a scientific discovery to be acceptable, it must be reproduceable... remember the cold fusion of around 1990? No one could do it according to the specs, so it's out.
so it must take at a minimum other scientists in the same field to review and concur, and in some cases the average joe could try but there is nothing to stop us (outside of the nuclear field and certain aspects of chemistry and biology) from learning enough and diving in and giving it a try ourselves.
ADDED: I think Laptop J meant "so it CAN'T be falsified."

If scientific evidence is reported upon in a reputable scientific journal, it is typically very well reviewed. That's what is referred to as "peer reviewed" science.
Fortunately- your issue was thought about a long time ago, and has been dealt with in the scientific community.
good try though.

Anyone who looks in the right manner and place can find scientific evidence, if it exists. So, evidence of what?

Sun comes up in the East every day.
Astronomer explains the earth rotates counterclockwise from the north pole, while the inhabitants notice the transition form dark to dawn as a rising sun, while the earth's orbit and polar inclination angle determine the seasons.
But I like the rising sun best.

All forms of expression are codified by language. Different trades use different language. In order to understand a physicist fully, one must understand the language of mathematics. If the physicist is able, he might translate into lamens terms for the non scientist. This is one example them all. Anyone can explain the evidence once it is explained in one's own terms.

It can be seen by everyone who looks. The evidence would be worth nothing if only one person could "see" it. Everyone might not necessarily agree as to what the evidence signifies, but everyone can see it.

This isn't hard to understand. If you want to be sure of the evidence, you recreate the experiment that led to the evidence. This is why scientific method and reporting are standardised.

Everyone can see it. But you have to have a bit of a background so you can understand what you're seeing.
Want a little example? You'll never understand hockey if its the first time you've ever seen the game. But, given experience in watching it, you'll understand the basics, and if you play it, you'll start to understand the real game as it is.

Depends on the evidence
If it's Newtonian and it weighs a lot and it's above you, I wouldn't tempt fate by saying DROP IT ON ME
Are you a FUEL!
What is the color of sky on your planet!
Now, if you are talking about that "life planet" that's 30 light years away and disocovered by UNGULIMSMS of waves, WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN A GENTLEMAN'S CLUB are you a PERVE or something!
Do you like watching a pelivic go back and forth!
