Easy. I love to bake too and I'm constantly baking cookies and cakes so I'm around it all the time.
I make it a rule, I taste test every item. ONCE. And I give them away so they're out of my house ASAP.
I love brownie corners so when I bake a batch instead of cutting myself out a whole piece, I eat a corner. And when I make macaroons, I eat one macaroon. When I bake cookies, I taste test ONE cookie in the whole batch, wrap up the rest and give them away asap (better that way then they're fresh for the reciever anyway). =D
And I actually never have a problem not eating cakes/cupcakes/cinnamon rolls because I know how much butter and sugar I put into the icing. haha. I know thats not healthy at all so I just don't eat them unless I'm out or its a special occasion.
And since you know how to make them and if you bake all the time, its not like if you skip a cookie this time you won't get one next time, you know?
Or if you know you're giving a loaf of bread to someone, make ONE loaf so you can't eat any of it.
Its hard, trust me, I know!!! I sample. But I wrap and send off right away and I find that works for me.

Quit defining love with baking for others. Start owning a different definition to show love by truly loving yourself enough to do what will make you healthy.
Restrict your baking to once a week and take on another hobby, like yoga or something physical and meet new people.

"He's Not Into Me" is totally right. that's what i do too. i'm also tempted to eat some of the cookie dough, or munch on the chocolate chips while i'm in the process of baking, so i chew gum whenever i bake, it stops me from taste testing everything. it really works.

When you get the urge to bake, leave the house for awhile. Limit baking to once a week.
